General Terms and Conditions
1) Introductory Provisions
a) These Terms and Conditions apply to Jectec, operated by the company JECTEC s.r.o, ID: 219 09 300 (hereinafter referred to as "Seller"), which is engaged in the sale of fuel injectors. The contractual relationship defines the rights and obligations arising from the purchase contract concluded between the Seller and a physical person (hereinafter referred to as "Buyer") via the Seller's online store, according to the valid legal regulations of the United Kingdom. The Seller's online store is located at https://jectec.de (hereinafter referred to as "Online Store").
b) These terms and conditions do not apply to the conclusion of a purchase contract with a legal entity of the Buyer or a person who places an order as part of their commercial or independent professional activity.
c) Under the concluded purchase contract between the Seller and the Buyer, changes may apply that take precedence over these terms and conditions.
d) The purchase contract, these terms and conditions, and the personal data protection information are provided in the Czech language. The terms and conditions and the personal data protection are part of the purchase contract between the Buyer and the Seller.
e) The Seller can modify or update the Terms and Conditions and the Personal Data Protection information. These actions will in no way affect or invalidate the rights and obligations arising from the effect of the previous version of the terms and conditions and the personal data protection information. The aforementioned texts will be published on the Seller's website and will always be available to the Buyer.
2) Conclusion of the Purchase
a) The online store operated by the Seller includes an offer of fuel injectors with descriptions and prices. The prices include taxes. The above information is valid for as long as the online store remains available. The online store also contains information about the delivery costs of the injectors. The online store jectec.de sells new and refurbished fuel injectors.
b) The purchase contract is concluded outside the business premises via the website where the online store is located.
c) In cases where an international purchase contract is concluded between the Seller and the Buyer, the Buyer acknowledges that they are responsible for the costs associated with customs clearance or other fees, which are subject to the laws of the respective country.
d) The new purchase contract for a fuel injector is concluded on the Seller's website via an order form, which is provided to the Buyer after selecting the chosen product in a virtual shopping cart. This form must be completed by the Buyer. The form contains, in addition to the information about the ordered injectors, the payment and delivery methods, as well as the contact information of the Buyer, which is necessary for the delivery of the order.
e) Before submitting the order, the Buyer has the right to check and, if necessary, modify or edit the entered data. The order is submitted by pressing the "Submit" button found at the bottom of the order summary.
f) There are two options to order refurbished fuel injectors, or in other words, the refurbished injectors: the first option (previously referred to as "Advance Payment for Your Injectors") allows for the pre-sending of original spare parts. In this case, there are no additional costs, such as a deposit.
- The second option (marked as "including a refundable deposit ※ with the refundable amount per piece" at Jectec) allows the purchase of refurbished injectors, allowing the customer to keep their refurbished injectors, meaning they do not need to return them to the dealer. In this case, Jectec has created an advance payment system for ordering.
The deposit is refunded within 3 days after the delivery of the original injectors to the provided address. The customer is responsible for sending the original injectors within 14 days of the delivery of the refurbished injectors and in normal wear condition. The customer acknowledges that the deposit for broken, damaged, or disassembled injectors will not be refunded.
g) The order becomes binding for both the Seller and the Buyer when the Buyer submits the order via the order form and the Seller confirms the order. An order confirmation and processing notification will be sent to the Buyer via email.
h) By submitting the electronic order, the Buyer agrees that the Seller may continue to communicate and send information to the Buyer via email.
3) Payment Terms
a) The Seller allows the Buyer to pay for the order, which also includes shipping costs, in various ways. The Buyer may choose the payment method that is most convenient for them.
b) The payment methods available to pay for the order via the Seller's online store are:

- Credit cards
c) Once the price of the order, including the shipping costs, is applicable, the Seller will issue a tax receipt to the Buyer.
d) According to the sales record law, the Seller is required to issue a receipt to the Buyer. At the same time, they must register the received income online with the tax authority or, in case of technical failure, no later than within 48 hours.
